
Ready 2 Work : Workforce Development and Job Readiness is a 4-week interactive lab designed to help teens and young adults confidently prepare for real-world employment. Students will build a strong resume from scratch, learn how to apply for jobs effectively, and use modern tools like AI to stand out in today’s competitive job market.
Throughout the program, students will practice interview skills, develop professional communication, and learn how to present themselves with confidence. By the end, each student will have a completed resume, real application experience, and the skills to evaluate job opportunities and make smart decisions about their future.

The AI Advantage: Critical Thinking and AI Literacy for a Changing World is a 16-week course designed to help students understand artificial intelligence, not just how to use it, but how it works, where it came from, and what it means for the world they're growing up in.
Students will explore the history, infrastructure, and real-world applications of AI alongside the ethical questions shaping its future, including bias, privacy, creativity, the environment, and governance. By the end of the course, each student will have completed a capstone research project and walked away with the critical thinking skills and AI literacy to engage confidently in a world where AI is everywhere.

Our tutoring program supports elementary through middle school students, with occasional support for older learners as needed. We focus on identifying exactly where students are struggling, uncovering missing foundational skills, and rebuilding those gaps step by step.
Through intentional scaffolding and personalized support, students gain confidence, strengthen their understanding, and develop the tools they need to move forward independently.

Arizona Urban Gardening & Sustainability teaches students how to grow and sustain a garden right here in the desert. This program focuses on the unique challenges and opportunities of gardening in Arizona, where seasons, soil, and climate require a different approach.
Students will learn the fundamentals of gardening, sustainability practices, and how to work with their environment—not against it—building practical skills they can use at home and in their communities.

The Young CEO Project : Youth Entrepreneurship and Leadership Development is designed to introduce students to entrepreneurship, leadership, and real-world problem solving. Throughout the program, students develop critical thinking, decision-making, and communication skills as they bring their ideas to life.
By the end of the program, each student will have created a complete business plan and launch strategy—equipping them with the confidence and foundation to turn their ideas into real opportunities.
